1. Who do you sell?
We sell ONLY to retail sign companies. If you are a non-sign business owner who would like to order a sign for your own business, please contact us here. We would be glad to forward you to our partner retail sign companies.

2. What is the largest size sign face you can produce?
We can make a sign face with Acrysteel© X15 as large as 10' x 21' in one piece. With Polycarbonate (Lexan©) as large as 8' x 14' in one piece.

3. What materials do you use in manufacturing sign faces?
We form exclusively with Aristech Acrysteel© (high impact acrylic, a.k.a. X15) and GE Lexan© (solar grade polycarbonate). We prefer Acrysteel©. The most evident effect of the elements on a rigid plastic sign face is yellowing. This is particularly true of plastic sign faces with white backgrounds. For long-term clarity (8-10 years), the acrylics are often recommended because they will not significantly alter the color of the underlying sign graphics during that time period. 4. What type of paint do you use in decorating faces?
We use durable Lacryl Paint.

5. Can you manufacture custom shapes, designs and letters?
Yes, we have the ability to make the shapes, designs, logos and lettering that you need. We will produce to your print.

6. Do you make illuminated sign cabinets?
Yes, we make E.T.L. approved illuminated sign cabinets. We manufacture our cabinets with Aluminum extrusions, brackets and panels for superior corrosion resistance and durability.

7. How do I order from Daniel's?

Daniels has been in business since 1977. We make the best value products in the industry, and we stand behind them. In the unlikely event we have not performed to your expectations, our commitment is to resolve any issues in a timely and equitable manner.

10. How fast can you produce sign faces?
We have the fastest sign face forming ovens in the world. We form a face every 7 minutes. That is 86 sign faces a day per oven. Compared to other ovens that can form a face every 20 minutes. We have two custom made, high production forming ovens that are capable of producing up to 150 formed sign faces per day.
Our technology and Acrysteel© Acrylic allow us to maintain such capacities.
